The Fostra Foundation's Executive Board consists of three dedicated individuals who contribute their experience, vision, and passion to shaping the future of young talent. At the helm is our President, who is responsible for the Foundation's strategic direction and shapes Fostra's vision. He is supported by the Managing Director, who oversees the operational implementation and further development of all programs. The Head of Strategy brings considerable expertise to the IPC32 program and continuously develops it – always with a focus on opening up international opportunities for young people.

Head of Strategy

Julia Gänsdorfer is Head of Strategy at Fostra and leads the IPC32 program. With extensive experience and sensitivity, she develops support programs that specifically empower young talent and connect them internationally.
